• Stacy Bamberg

  • Stacy Morris Bamberg uses advanced wearable sensors and real-time analytics to help people change the way they move – from stroke survivors improving their ability to stand up from a chair, to amputees learning to walk without a limp, to runners, skiers and other athletes understanding how to improve their form. She is Founder and CEO of Veristride, which makes insoles and applications for real-time stride analysis and personalized coaching. As a faculty member at the University of Utah, she researched insole sensors and rehabilitation as well as how people learn. Stacy has a Doctorate in Medical Engineering and an undergraduate and masters degrees in mechanical engineering from MIT, where she got her start in the power of body-worn sensors, designing, building, testing and validating the GaitShoe at the MIT Media Lab.
